New Resident Resources

New to Migrating Culture Community? Welcome home! To help make it easier for you to acclimate to life in your new community, we’ve compiled this list of tasks and resources.

New Resident Tasks

1. Register for this website.

The first thing you’ll want to do (if you haven’t already) is register for the resident website. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in to view resident-only content on this site.  Registering for the website will also sign you up for resident-only emails from Migrating Culture Community News.

Note: When you register for the resident site, you must agree to the Migating Culture Community Agreement, which lays out the rules for use of both the resident website.

2. Bookmark the site.

This resident website is different from Migrating Culture’s marketing site, so be sure to bookmark it for easy access. If you’d like to add a website icon to your phone or mobile device’s home screen, follow these directions:

  • iPhone/iPad: Access the website through Safari, then tap the share button (a little arrow pointing up) and tap “add to home screen.”
  • Android: Access the website through Chrome, tap on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner, tap “add to home screen” and then tap “add automatically.”

Resources

After you’ve logged in, review these resources to help you get better acquainted with your new community.

Community Concern Form

We need everyone’s help to maintain your community’s unique character and high-quality standards.

As a resident, you can help by reporting issues that affect the whole community, like community landscape, amenities, and compliance.

Just fill out this fully online community concern form, and include a photo if you have one that will help.

Community Groups

What’s better than connecting with others who share your interests? From books to fitness and everything in between, Migrating Culture Community has a host of resident groups and clubs to fit most interests.

Community Standards

Migrating Culture Community has specific community standards on the books to keep your community (and your property value) desirable now and into the future.

Community Governance

Check out our governance page to learn about each and find governance-related documents.
